"In May I was a patient in the ER at PRMC. The doctor ordered an ultrasound...and the technician performed the test. It was a pleasure to see someone perform the job so efficiently. He was both knowledgeable and comforting. I felt compelled to inform you of my encounter with members of your staff." Sue D
